*Collaboration and Innovation Drive Success*
Olomu emphasized the importance of initiatives like B'Odogwu, a Unified Customs Management System, where NAGAFF members have participated in training sessions to develop innovative solutions. He commended NAGAFF's Academy, praising it as a progressive initiative focused on capacity building within the freight forwarding profession.
*Reducing Unprofessional Conduct*
Dr. Boniface Aniebonam, NAGAFF's founder, acknowledged Olomu's leadership and noted a significant decrease in unprofessional conduct at the Apapa Command since his tenure began. He urged freight forwarders to prioritize integrity, transparency, and honesty in cargo declarations.
*A New Era of Cooperation*
Chief Tochukwu Ezisi, NAGAFF's President, lauded Olomu for his proactive engagement, stating that the visit reflects a renewed commitment to trust, collaboration, and progress in the freight forwarding community.
