According to reports made available by the Command's PRO, Customs Superintendent, Oscar Ivara, for the Tin Can Customs Command's CAC, Comptroller Frank Onyeka, the landmark achievement was made possible by the efficient digitalization of port operations, which has removed delays and administrative bottlenecks. The Bodogwu platform enables licensed Customs agents and stakeholders to complete cargo clearance and payment processes in real-time, creating a faster and more predictable trading environment.
The Command's success is attributed to the innovative leadership of Comptroller Frank Onyeka, who has been instrumental in driving the Command's success through his vision for a more efficient and transparent port operation. The Bodogwu platform has integrated all critical aspects of Customs activities under a single interface, enabling faster processing, accurate valuation, and enhanced monitoring of cargo activities.
