Trailblazing Women Converge for B'Odogwu Seminar

A landmark seminar celebrating innovation and inclusion in Nigeria's maritime sector takes place on November 4, 2025, at Rockview Hotel, Apapa, Lagos. The event, themed "The Impact of the B'Odogwu Digital Platform on Trade Facilitation & Women’s Contributions to the Maritime Sector," will spotlight the transformative role of women and technology in shaping maritime trade.
Distinguished women leaders, including Mrs. Rollen Macfoy, President of Women in Maritime Africa, and Comptroller Joy Edelduok, CAC, KLT Customs Command, will share insights on leadership, innovation, and the evolving role of women in the industry.
The seminar will explore the impact of the B'Odogwu digital platform, a homegrown innovation revolutionizing trade facilitation in Nigeria, with customs and freight experts providing in-depth analysis.
Global dignitaries expected to attend include the Comptroller-General of Nigeria Customs Service, Dr. Bashir Adewale Adeniyi MFR, and Prince Olayiwola Shittu JP, former National President of ANLCA.
